Who's Counting??

Have you noticed...only 9 days till Christmas!!

As promised I have some FO's to show and some I can't show...yet!
These are the "BigFoot" socks I thought I'd never finish, and like always I struggle through the first sock and blast through the second. Yeah, I'm backwards!

These are the first of two pair of Fetchings for DSD's.
Boy, what a quick knit!

I'm beginning to hear Kauni call my name...and Sonya is feeling very neglected these days.

About the weather...no ice storm, thank God! But the winds today have been wicked, I can only imagine what today would have been like if we'd had the ice.

Wisconsin-Whitewater did it...they beat Mount Union in the Stagg Bowl yesterday, I'm still glad to have watched from the comfort of my living room! We were able to enjoy the fireworks after the game from our living room! Go Warhawks!! I think of the 15 years Salem has hosted the Stagg Bowl, Mount Union has won 13 of those...I believe someone needs to move to another division!

Keep on Knittin' & Spinnin'!!

Oh very nice. I wish I had your version of second sock syndrome!! Sorry I've been a bit quiet lately. It's that time of year, you know? :o) Still here though and last time I looked, still sane. LOL.

Love the Fetchings. I just finished a pair this weekend too.

Thinking back on it, Mount Union did move divisions in the playoffs this year. They were moved from the Great Lakes to the East. If you're thinking they need to move up to a higher NCAA division, it'll never happen. MUC is a prototype school for DIII.

Although, I think my school is better. :) Go Witt!

Very Nice! Especially the Fetchings. What yarn did you use? It looks handpainted.

I really like the color of your Fetchings. I finally finished the second pair of mine. I had terrible second fetching syndrome. I finished the first in a day, and it took me a week to do the second. But it's finally done.

I'm glad the ice missed you. I dislike ice storms more than anything.

Lovely Fetchings! I've been hearing the call of my spinning wheel too. It'll have to wait for January. Or maybe even February. *eek*

So far behind on blog posts that I'm just now saying Very Handsome Socks! And aren't the Fetching mitts just about the best quick gift knit? I usually add an extra cable repeat after the thumb, but we've all got big hands.
