Years ago I dabbled in oil painting...loved to watch Bob Ross, hear his soft voice, hated his hair but loved when he referred to those "happy little accidents" that happened when freehanding a painting.
Now a "happy little accident" has appeared in my knitting! I've been working on knitting from my stash...had some leftover Patons Decor (yes, I know it's acrylic, actually it's a wool/acrylic blend...but it is soft) and started another last minute Christmas gift. Darkside Cowl (rav-link)~another fun cowl to knit. Little did I know that the yarn would knit up this way...like I painstakingly used 4 different colors to spiral this cowl! How cool is this??
Are you ready for Christmas? Have you been watching Holiday movies? Does this remind you of anyone?
Check out those eyelashes! Through the holidays he'll be known as Rudy Lou Who!!
Keep on Knittin' & Spinnin'!!

Very cool spiraling! Very cute Rudy!
Happy Holidays, Robin!!
I'm sorry, was there something before Rudy?
I MUST knit a cowl. They look too quick and fun to be ignored. (Tonight? My break from wrapping and baking and cleaning?)
Oh, I love that happy little accident! (I love watching Bob Ross, too!)
So, what's Rudy getting for Christmas? Rylea is easy--I just need to get her some chewy sticks. Katie is the hard one to buy for.
I used to watch Bob Ross too! LOL My old cat Theo never paid attention to the TV unless Bob Ross was on... he used to paw at the TV when he pounced the brushes. he he
That cowl turned out great!!
Oh! Rudy Lou Who.... SNOL!!!
Love the colors in your 'Darkside Cowl'. I see Rudy is like a new baby he gets tons of attention!
I dreamed I made a cowl last night. Hmm maybe it's a sign, ya think? I love the spiral look
