Okay...okay already...please put down the cattle prods!
You don't know how hard it was to do this!
I can't watch...but wait I have to, because I'm the one using the scissors! I tried to get Hubby to do it but he said "NO WAY"! To him it's like making a piece of furniture only to cut it in half and glue it back together again.
I did have a little help...
Yes...that bottle is empty! ...and it was goooood! (hick)
Alright...here goes...
You don't know how many times I assumed this position in the last week only to back away! This is hard!
Look at that...
Easy-peasy...why was I fretting over this? I only have 3 more steeks to cut, better visit the wine store first!
What else has been going on?
Today is the last day of NaSpiMoMo, I don't know if I'll reach my goal or not but I'll be showing you all my hard work in the next couple of days!
My truck goes in for "surgery" on Monday...
...and one week from today Little Landon goes in for his procedure, please keep those positive thoughts and prayers going his way!
Well, better get to the spinning wheel!
An ice storm is heading this way, if I'm lucky I'll get a knit/spin day out of it!
Keep on Knittin' & Spinnin'!!

Thanks for the visual. It doesn't look as bad as it sounds!! I do want to see the Christmas box. Had fun @ lunch!

YAAY YOU! You did it! I'm so proud (and scared out of my gourd) You did awesome.
Yay Robin! ::doing little happy dance::
Good thoughts are coming everyday your way!
Yay! Now for the others, huh?
I would have gone through two of those bottles
Hurray! You did it! I just knew you could! :-)
I totally slacked off during NaSpiMoMo. My only excuse is that I hurt my knees. Heh. Sad excuse since I only hurt them this past week.
FABulous!!!!! (no, I've never done that :^)
and of course the positive thoughts and prayers will continue to Landon...
Take great care and stay warm, I hope your power stays on! We got a little bit of snow today, it was so pretty coming down! big fat snowflakes!
CONGRATULATIONS! Though mixing any part of knitting and wine makes me cringe--not a good combination in my world! Glad to see it worked for you!
You did it, you did it!!! I'm SO proud of you!!!!!
Hope you get your knit/spin day! Well done with the steek! I would have been terrified too, but now it's done it looks great. Don't you feel proud of yourself?! :o)
Well done on the steek......never done that, don't know if i'd be brave enough!
Continued positive thoughts and prayers for Landon are being sent.
We had a few flurries of sleet/snow yesterday but thankfully it didn't come to anything.
Still gives me the heebie-jeebies! Congrats! Looks right to me. I have yet to understand the purpose of steeking. Cut only to pick-up stitches again? Weird. Like you said, cutting one of Jack's flutes only to glue it back together, Yikes!
You did it!! See that didn't hurt did it? It's only the first one that's a problem. Good work!
Your photos were a hoot (hick)! The steeks look wonderful and should I ever have have to do them myself someday, I'm calling you!
Sending lots of love to Landon & company. XOXOXO
Blogger is being mean to me...
For the second time, I bow to the master steeker! I'm impressed, no matter how much wine it took.
Landon and all involved are in my prayers!
i am IMPRESSED! well done!!! not too much wine though, okay? that could cause more problems than it would solve. ; )
Huzzah! Look at you! :) Congratulations on the steeks, I still am classifying that under the category of "terrifying". Way to go!
I'm in awe....
(((hugs)))
Wow! You are brave!!
BEAUTIFUL colors and knitting. No wonder you were putting it off! Now if only I could be so brave...
