This past Saturday was a total wash out on getting my normal group run in, so I had to go solo on Sunday...and it wasn't much better, oh yeah it was dry--but freezing temps!!
Pretty appropriate name for a headband huh??

You're a trooper. We didn't walk at all Saturday or Sunday. I ran on the elliptical, but that didn't do the fur-girls much good.
