And sometimes for a swatch of a new stitch, and for when my 6 year old niece wants to try to learn to knit or crochet yet again, LOL.Aunt Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12514317407057443626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18293943.post-80646890905556840232008-07-05T22:40:00.000-05:002008-07-05T22:40:00.000-05:00Yep, that happened to me a couple of years ago whe...Yep, that happened to me a couple of years ago when my mother cleaned out her stash. Lots of the stuff in there was my grandmas. My cousin has been talking about cleaning our her stash as well.

I don't have a problem with acrylic, but I seldom knit with anything larger than sock yarn any more. All the worsted and bulky yarn is just sitting there in my closet. I already donated a bunch of it to my son's art department at school, but I still have quite a bit left. I wonder if the local nursing home would want it.Becky Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10901212090175780900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18293943.post-78484435180783287702008-07-05T17:19:00.000-05:002008-07-05T17:19:00.000-05:00Been in that situation myself... you are handling ...Been in that situation myself... you are handling it well.Birdsonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06341638516293843227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18293943.post-40727888074513934602008-07-05T15:08:00.000-05:002008-07-05T15:08:00.000-05:00I feel your pain. I'm actually going through my stash and clearing out the stuff I bought back when I was a knitting noob.
A friend of mine recently gave me tons of acrylic stuff too, its all going to my mom's charity group.Jadieladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01205628083856044374noreply@blogger.com
