Day of Infamy...

As dawn breaks on the beautiful Islands of Hawaii, we remember December 7, 1941.

My ex-FIL was there just days later for the clean-up. He won't discuss much about it, but one can only imagine.

Your blog was the first mention of this event I'd heard or read all day. How quickly we forget!

Today at church we took a moment to remember. Thanks for remembering on your blog.

Thank you for remembering. My FIL was part of the Cuban Missile Crisis/Bay of Pigs, and it angers me when a "war" roll-call is done and that "military conflict" is overlooked...
