Progress??

Lady...step away from the sewing machine!

I'm really tired of telling myself that so...

I DID IT...well, this much anyway!

Next~~

Now I need to be able to pick up my scissors without my hand shaking like Barney Fife holding his pistol!

I'm not the only one having issues...

Momma, I can't watch!

I want to Thank You all for your kind words...please keep that positive energy going!

Keep on Knittin' & Spinnin'!!!

I know it's hard, but just pick it up and do it! Or better yet, get someone to do it, because then it will be done. If I'm near you, I would come over and rescue you.

You can do it! I know you can! I'll be thinking good thoughts for you and your family.

Oh my!! Scary indeed. You'll be my teacher when I get around to that technique!

Letting the scissors rest there and warm up is a good idea. I'm proud of you! Of course, since you have the sewing done, the rest is gonna be fine. =)) (she says... knowing she's scared to think doing it herself)

Ack! I would be so scared.
Good luck! And can't wait to see it when it is all finished.

Take a shot of whatever gives you courage. You can do it!

I wish I could help, but the thought of steeking leaves me shaking in my boots. I'll be thinking of you.

I suggest having a cocktail. After the cutting, not before!

Good luck. I'm scared for you, but I know you can do it!!

Barney Fife and his pistol. Robin, I laughed out loud when I read that analogy. I cannot imagine taking scissors to my knitting so I wish you the very best of luck. Do have a cocktail, like Margaret wrote (a little beforehand) and a monstrous one afterwards.

Looks like you sweat off half a pound just thinking about steeking! Wish I could be there to talk you down from the ledge.

Be a FEARLESS KNITTER (since I know you are!)
You can do it.
I've got Landon in my prayers...

Ew... just thinking about cutting that beautiful knitting is making me hyper-ventilate... O.K., just be calm and relaxed and GO FOR IT!
So, did ya?
